How I Recommend Making the Most of This Free Guide
Print out all the sheets of questions and place into your leader binder.
As you begin your research or make a phone call to a campsite, start with just one page of questions. Gather the information that you need and record that information on the Campsite Reference for Troops. Then move on to the next sheet of questions. Progressing through all the questions you want to ask. You can even highlight the questions you love or need to know. We love to place these sheets in page protectors so that we can use a yellow Expo marker to highlight again and again without printing new sheets.
Next, gather important information on your troop. Print out a copy of the Girl Background Info sheet for each girl in your troop. If you happen to have sisters, it’s your choice if you give the family multiple copies, but we suggest it. Have all your families fill out the Girl Background Info Sheet.
Finally, print out a copy of the Girl Packing List for each family in your troop (or each girl if you want sisters to have their own) and a Leader Packing List for each leader attending (or at least one). Hand out the Packing Lists to each family and be sure to print your copy for leaders too!
